Bespokino sales are ALL nonrefundable and Final; Bespokino does not provide refunds because these shirts are custom made for you! We are not off the rack and what we make for you is not sellable to other people. We are committed to providing you the best custom dress shirt and your 100% satisfaction.
Our goal is to make your custom made shirts to look the best on you. Based on thousands of active customer’s size information we will determine your best fit, BUT if we missed it and we need to make adjustments please follow below instructions.
- Log in to your account.
- Select the order then select the item or items you have complaint about.
- You will then be prompted to a picture page. You will be required to take multiple images of you wearing the shirt (in case of multiple shirt complain ONE shirt picture is enough).
- State your concern in the area designated, and submit your complain . A customer support representative will reply to your complaint within two business days.
